Because each order is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed.

✅ Quality Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our prints. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to replace or reprint the item at no additional cost.

❌ No Refunds for Customer Errors
We cannot issue refunds or reprints for the following:

Incorrect sizing, colors, or designs submitted by the customer

Low-resolution or poor-quality files provided

Typos or design errors in customer-submitted artwork

Change of mind after production has started
